24 HOURS HOMESTUCK CHALLENGE!

I am going to try and finish reading Homestuck in 24 hours or less!

Seeing that the world is going to end at 12/21/12 at 12 noon in each respective timezone. (I’m calling it! It’s going to be a huge lazer wall that the world will rotate into.) I have until tomorrow at noon Central Standard Time to read to the latest page in Homestuck before I die.

Why you may ask? Because I start Homestuck a few years ago trying to get into the fandom so I don’t feel left out. I was somewhere in the early stages of Act 2 when I lost my place. I tried, but I couldn’t get myself to go back through the hundreds of pages I already read, so I quit. Lately I’ve been hearing a lot of talk about the apocalypse happening the way it did in Homestuck. I just can’t help myself and curiously started reading at the beginning of Act 2 and now… I’m addicted. I want to catch up to the latest page Homestuckers in Act 6-1 before Armageddon starts. I need to know how to play Suburb so I can live!

I’m not going to start on page one, I’m already some where in the last quarter of Act 3 and I’m not going back there again! As of 12 noon CST I will start at the battle scene between Dave and his brother, and see how far I can get. 

I’ve already been awake for 18 hours and I’m not used to staying up like this. Needless to say it’s going to be a chalenge in more ways than one.

I’m going to stock up on snacks and cola and start where I left off in 15 minuts. Wish me luck!
